Zen Agri Retreat

Join us for an immersive 5-day Zen Agri Retreat in Bessho Onsen, Nagano — one of Japan's oldest hot spring villages, just 90 minutes from Tokyo by Shinkansen.

Led by Zen Kokyū founder Yuki Shiina, this retreat is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body, and develop a breathing practice rooted in 18th-century Zen tradition. Each day includes 2 hours of guided Zen Kokyū practice, alongside organic farming experiences, traditional Zen cuisine, and the restorative stillness of the Nagano countryside.

No prior experience is necessary. This retreat is open to all.

• Meeting Point: Ueda Station (90 min from Tokyo via Shinkansen)
• Daily Practice: 2 hours of Zen Kokyū per day
