Zen Agri Teacher's Course
Join us for an immersive 5-day Zen Agri Teacher's Course in Bessho Onsen, Nagano — one of Japan's oldest hot spring villages, just 90 minutes from Tokyo by Shinkansen.
Led by Zen Kokyū founder Yuki Shiina, this course is designed for those who wish to embody and share the Zen Breathing Method. Built on the same programme as the Zen Agri Retreat, with 3–7 hours of daily Zen Kokyū training, the Teacher's Course goes deeper, preparing participants to guide others with confidence and authenticity.
This course is best suited for instructors, bodyworkers, therapists, and those with a background in working with or guiding others. Participants sit a final assessment on the last day. Those who pass receive official certification and are listed as certified Zen Kokyū advisors on the official website. An online retest is available for those who need more time.
