Join Yuki Shiina each month for a live Zen breathing session, open to members anywhere in the world.

Every month, you receive access to a live Zoom session with Yuki; one hour of Zen breathing practice, posture correction, and Q&A. Sessions are held on the first Sunday of each month at 2:00 PM Japan time (Saturday evening in Los Angeles; Sunday morning in Paris).

As a member, you also receive a new 40-minute Zen Egg lecture video each month, delivered via Vimeo. These pre-recorded sessions go deeper into the method, guiding you through practice with the Zen Egg. A golf ball or tennis ball works just as well if you don't have one yet.

Your Zoom link will be sent to you by the Zen Kokyū team ahead of each session.

Membership is $15 USD per month. Cancel anytime.
