Join us for an immersive 5-day Zen Kokyū Monitor Teacher’s Course in beautiful Bessho Onsen, Nagano, just 90 minutes from Tokyo by Shinkansen (Japanese bullet train).
Led by Zen Kokyū founder Yuki Shiina, this course is designed for those who wish to deepen their practice and become certified to guide others in the Zen Breathing Method.
